Are you feeling frustrated, angry, distressed, powerless or depressed about a conflict?

Conflict takes up a lot of time and energy and everyone has their own story about its negative effects. Mediation provides a fresh approach to unproductive conflict, by sidestepping formal procedures When a workplace is caught up in an unresolved conflict,  health and well being is at risk.
